What is the Eco Pass?

Eco Pass is a monthly subscription to our Unlimited Wash Club—available at every Eco Brite location.

What can members expect from the Unlimited Wash Club?

Your monthly subscription entitles you to wash your vehicle once a day…everyday!

How do I renew my monthly membership?

Renewal is automatic. You can cancel anytime on our website, via the app, or by Contacting us.

Is there a contract or commitment to a period of time?

No, You can cancel anytime with a 5-day notice.

Do I have to commit to a period of time?

Nope. You can cancel at any time with 5-day notice. No contracts!

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time via our web page, by calling, by email, or by the app.

Do I need to show a membership card every time I come in?

Nope. Our facilities are equipped with License Plate Recognition (LPR). Just pull up to the Pay Station, your plate is recognized automatically and the gate opens.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. Just give us a 5-day notice before your current plan expires.

When does my club plan expire?

It is set up to auto-renew each month on the sign-up anniversary day, unless you cancel.

How do your locations know I’m a member

Your license plate is registered in our system. Just pull up to a pay station, and it will read your plate automatically and open the gate.

Can I buy a la carts, like adding Tire Shine to my basic club plan?

Yes. When you pull up to the Pay Station, if you are not subscribed to the all inclusive top package, you can purchase a one-time upgrade, such as Rim Cleaner, Tire Shine, Hot Wax, Ceramic Sealant, and so on.

If I purchased one of your four Unlimited Wash Club packages, can I change to a different package?

Simple. Just contact us via our web page, by calling, by email, or via the app 5 days before your anniversary date, and we’ll make the adjustment.

Do you offer Commercial, Rideshare, and Taxi monthly packages?
